Performance Training

01

Individual Training

This is best suited if you want a 100% personalized program and plan that is tailored towards your needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or prefer training individually, the 1-on-1 approach is a great option to help you achieve your goals.

02

Small Group Training

Certain types of training are best completed in a group. Some prefer the individual approach, while others feed off the energy in the group. We must respect and utilize it. Regardless, you will always have a physical therapist and coach by your side whether you’re working in a small group or individually.

Soccer Skills Training

Soccer Skills Training

We enroll players into a summer or off-season program that combines skill, speed, strength, and overall athletic training. The structure depends on the time a player wants to invest, the age of the player, and the position of the player. A combination of outdoor and indoor training is typically utilized.

Strength/Power Training

Strength training is key to being a well-rounded player or athlete. Strength training should be utilized year-round. If you participate in field-based sports, power training is equally important because we often quickly produce forces on the field whether it’s to jump, change a running direction, or kick a ball.

Plyometric Training

Plyometric Training

This should be a universal training application in most field-based sports. Jumping, cutting, sprinting can all be impacted by plyometric training. Enhancing and practicing your jumping will improve how your body uses energy, create more efficient tendons, and will prepare you for forces that you will encounter on the field.

Conditioning

Sport-specific conditioning is different from your traditional conditioning coaching philosophy. Instead of having players run up and down a field or court, it is a blend of running, playing, and drills that will help you build your endurance. Some sports and positions within those sports have more of an anaerobic demand, while others have a greater aerobic demand. With this understanding we’ll be able to implement conditioning correctly into your plan.
